I’m a family photographer based in Moses Lake, WA, and I serve families throughout Eastern Washington, including Wenatchee, Chelan, Spokane, the Tri-Cities, and Ellensburg. I’ve been photographing families for over 16 years, and for the past five years, Moses Lake has been home. I know what it feels like to be the mom who’s always behind the camera — the one scheduling everything, packing the snacks, and hoping everyone cooperates for just a few good photos. Family photography shouldn’t add more stress to your plate. My job is to guide you clearly and simply so you can focus on your people. These sessions are about documenting your family as you are right now — the gap-toothed smiles, the way your toddler still reaches for your hand, the way your teenagers are starting to look like adults. I care deeply about preserving these years well. You don’t need perfectly behaved children or a husband who loves being in front of the camera. You just need someone who knows how to lead a session confidently so you walk away with photographs that will matter long after this season has passed.

What to Expect:
Signature Family Sessions are designed to capture your family as you are in this season. These sessions are laid-back, organized, and thoughtfully led so you can enjoy the experience instead of managing it. The focus is simple: real smiles, natural interactions, and the details that will matter more with time.

Session Flow:
We’ll begin with clear direction to help everyone settle in comfortably. From there, I guide you through a mix of lightly posed portraits and natural interactions so nothing feels stiff or forced. Some of the best images happen in between — when you’re laughing, adjusting a little one’s hair,  or pulling everyone in close. And yes — pets are always welcome. They’re part of the family, and I love including them whenever possible.

Timing:
Sessions last about one hour. That gives us space to warm up, capture a variety of images, and keep things enjoyable for everyone —
 especially little ones who may need a quick break to reset.

Location:
Family sessions take place in Moses Lake and surrounding Eastern Washington locations. Whether you prefer open desert light, waterfront views, orchards, or your own property, we’ll choose a setting that fits your family well. If you need guidance, I’m happy to suggest locations that photograph beautifully throughout the year.

What to Wear:
I recommend soft, neutral tones and simple patterns that keep the focus on your family rather than the clothing. Coordinated colors (without being overly matched) photograph best. If you’d like help planning outfits, I’m always happy to offer suggestions.

 Gallery Delivery:
You’ll receive a gallery of 50+ fully edited, high-resolution images ready to download, share, and print.  I understand how eager families are to see their photos, so most galleries are delivered within one week of your session.
