What to Expect:
Generational sessions are a beautiful way to celebrate the legacy of your family—capturing grandparents, grown children, grandkids, and all the relationships that make your family uniquely yours. These sessions are relaxed, meaningful, and designed to reflect the heart of your family story.
Session Flow:
We'll take time to capture a variety of groupings—everyone together, individual families, grandkids with grandparents, candid interactions, and more. My approach is to gently guide, while keeping things natural and connection-focused.
Timing:
Sessions typically last about 1 hour, giving us plenty of time to work through groupings without feeling rushed, while keeping it enjoyable for all ages. We’ll move at a pace that keeps little ones engaged and makes sure grandparents are comfortable, too.
Location:
We can shoot at a meaningful family property, your home, or an outdoor location that allows space for everyone to feel comfortable. I’m happy to suggest spots that photograph beautifully if you’re unsure!
What to Wear:
Coordinating outfits in neutral, earthy, or soft tones work best for these larger groupings—think timeless and simple. I’m always happy to give guidance on pulling looks together for your family.
